#ThisIsDoeGal is a free exercise in dressing. You can be both soft and angular, rational and mischievous. Style isn’t a label — it’s a comfort in being yourself. This time, we invited six girl/boy individuals from different fields with different temperaments to interpret the many faces of Doe Gal through their perspectives and daily lives.

Working in fashion, üki never limits his own style. Dressing is like life to him: it follows instinct and present preference to freely evolve. A remembered image, light and shadow on the street, a fleeting shape or color in his mind — all quietly added to his outfit inspiration library. Gray is his most comfortable color language, always a safe anchor in his style. This time he chose Doe Gal’s irregular wide-pleat midi skirt: a piece you can fold and play with, matching his preference for “transformable space” in clothing and reflecting that unframed, charming freedom in his personality.

As a manicurist, uu prefers a vintage-playful style and most often wears pieces with lace, embroidery, and rose details. His inspiration comes from Pinterest, manga characters, and various Korean-style beauties — screenshotting and saving has long been a daily habit. For this Doe Gal collection he loves the lace-embroidered thin-strap long vest the most: a versatile piece that can be worn from summer into autumn and winter, styled as an inner or outer layer, very much like his experimental, anything-goes approach to dressing. To him, Doe Gal is each girl's unique elegance and cuteness; however you wear it, as long as it’s the look you love, that’s the coolest presence.

Daily work involves words and people; his interests drift between walking, eating street snacks, and spacing out at home. Tobey uses maps not to find sights but to find good food. His style leans relaxed without being sloppy; simple without being boring. On closer inspection you’ll notice carefully chosen fabrics, proportions, and tailoring — like his writing voice, gentle yet clear. Lately Tobey is into thin metal-frame glasses and a soft pink × gray-brown palette. This season in Doe Gal his favorite piece is the bunny pants — sharp tailoring, smooth fabric, plus the subtly cute “little bunny ears” at the back waist, landing perfectly between polished and gentle. To him, Doe Gal is something that doesn’t rush to be understood nor deliberately absent.

She favors white and tends to limit herself to three tones. Jewelry is always part of her daily outfits, serving as a subtle but steady personal marker. After trying Doe Gal’s new pieces, she felt the irregular pleated midi skirt best fit her style. His keen sense of color lets him find visual highlights in contrasts. He selected Doe Gal pieces suitable for men — the lace-embroidered headscarf cap, which eliminates the need to tie a scarf, was a big surprise for him and perfect for those who love headscarf styles. Xin Qing, who currently works at a clothing store and occasionally does editorial shoots, has an instinctive sensitivity to styling — not deliberately dressed up, but always manages to wear a look that’s distinctly theirs. Pinterest is their main source of inspiration; lately they favor all-black outfits and lace tights are their most frequent accessory. Seemingly understated, there are many small preferences about proportions and textures tucked into their looks. For this shoot they chose Doe Gal’s two-piece lightweight layered set — a versatile item that can easily switch contexts, whether for relaxed everyday wear or for when you want to look a bit more formal. For them, the core of Doe Gal is that sense of freedom — not being limited by any one style is the most reliable style.
