How is the membership validity period calculated?
- The membership validity period is one year from the upgrade date. If you upgrade again during that period, the validity period will be extended for another year.
- When the validity period ends, the system will recalculate and adjust your new membership tier based on your accumulated spending during that tier's validity period.
- Accumulated spending will be recorded after the order's 7-day appreciation period has ended. If an order is returned, the accumulated spending amount will be updated within approximately 3 days after the refund is completed.
What benefits do members receive?
Welcome Gift
- Register to receive a $150 coupon (not applicable to selected items). It can be used on a single order over $1,000.
- Valid for 1 month. Limited to 1 coupon per order and non-transferable.
Upgrade / Renewal Coupons
- Automatically added to your account the next day and valid for 1 year. Can be used on a single order over $2,000.
- Not applicable to selected items.
- Upgrade rule: the system sends the highest benefit for the tier. For example, Baby Blue to Royal Blue will receive two $500 coupons directly, and the Denim Blue upgrade gift will not be issued separately.
Member Birthday Coupon
- Automatically added to your account on the 25th day of the month before your birthday month.
- Limited to once per year, valid for 40 days, and limited to one single order.
- If you upgrade or add your birthday after the 25th, the coupon will be issued in the following year.
Member Offer Usage Rules
- Member offers including welcome gifts, upgrade coupons, birthday coupons, and renewal coupons cannot be combined with other discount codes of the same type. Each order may use one only.
- If a return causes the order to no longer meet the discount threshold, the refund will deduct the equivalent value of the coupon.
