What delivery methods does Studio Doe offer?
▪︎ We offer T-Cat home delivery (Taiwan main island / offshore islands), convenience store pickup (7-11, FamilyMart), and international shipping (SF Express, DHL).
- Please confirm that the recipient information is complete and correct when placing an order. If incorrect information causes delivery failure, reshipment will not be provided and any additional costs will be borne by the recipient.
How can I track my delivery?
▪︎ Shipping time: Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days after confirmation (excluding holidays).
▪︎ Delivery time: T-Cat home delivery takes about 1-2 days; convenience store pickup takes about 2-3 days.
▪︎ Tracking: After shipment, you can view the tracking number in Order History and check delivery progress.

Home delivery shipping fees
▪︎ Taiwan main island: Shipped by T-Cat home delivery. Shipping is NT$100 per order regardless of quantity.
▪︎ Taiwan offshore islands: Shipped by T-Cat home delivery. Shipping is NT$220 per order regardless of quantity.

Convenience store pickup rules
▪︎ Package size limit: Packages must meet convenience store pickup requirements (within 5kg, length + width + height ≤ 105cm). The system will check this automatically. If the package exceeds the limit, please place separate orders.
- Pickup information: Please enter the same name as shown on your ID and bring your ID when picking up the package.
- Unclaimed package notice: If a package is not picked up or is refused within 7 days after shipment, a NT$100 handling fee will be charged. After 3 unclaimed packages, convenience store pickup service will be suspended for the account.
Will I be notified when my convenience store pickup order arrives?
▪︎ After the package arrives at the store, the system will send an SMS pickup notice.
▪︎ Convenience store delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. The actual pickup timing is based on the SMS notice. Delivery may be delayed during holidays or peak logistics periods, so please consider this before placing urgent orders.
▪︎ If you will be unable to receive the order during the delivery period, such as when traveling abroad, we recommend avoiding that period when placing an order. If an order is returned due to non-pickup, the system will proceed directly with the refund process and delivery cannot be rearranged.
