* The shoe style is normal. It is recommended to choose according to the width of your own foot and refer to the size chart. If your usual size is between two sizes, it is recommended to choose the larger size (for example: usually between 36-37, it is recommended to choose 37)

Returned footwear products must be returned to customer service within the seven-day appreciation period, and the complete product and accessories must be placed in the shoe box. Please use any bag to seal the returned product and package it properly. If the product is incomplete or damaged, STUDIO DOE has the right to refuse returns or exchanges.

Calculation of seven-day appreciation period (including holidays): The appreciation period is not a trial period. Please keep the products and gifts in new condition, and do not remove the original packaging and tags; footwear products must be kept brand new and have no signs of wear and tear.

Returns and exchanges are not possible under the following circumstances:
*The shoes or soles have obvious wear and tear, stains, obvious scratches, creases, etc. caused by the try-on, and the product is not in new condition.
*Footwear products lack related accessories, dust bags, tags (including tag wires), shoe boxes, etc.
*The integrity of the footwear merchandise and related accessories is not maintained. (Please use any bag to seal and package the returned goods properly. Do not directly paste papers, write text, directly stick tape on the shoe box, or otherwise cause damage to the shoe box. If the shoe box is damaged, the return will not be processed. Exchange)
*Since leather shoes are prone to creases during wearing, it is recommended to try them on a clean floor to avoid excessive dents. If there are stains on the surface of the shoes that are difficult to clean or irreversible creases caused by trying them on, we will not be able to provide corresponding returns or exchanges.
